Platform problems preventing access that our team couldn't resolve within 7 business days.

Duplicate Purchase

Accidental double payment for the same program within 48 hours of transaction.

How to Request a Refund

The refund process is designed to be clear and manageable. We process requests as quickly as possible, though some steps take time depending on your payment method and bank.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Average Processing Time Most refund requests are resolved within 10-14 business days from submission to funds appearing in your account. Bank transfers may take slightly longer.

Refund Scenarios

Full Program Access

If you've completed more than 20% of the program or it's been over 14 days since purchase, refunds typically aren't available. You've already received substantial value from the materials.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds when you've accessed some materials but experienced significant technical issues. These are evaluated individually based on usage data.

Course Cancellation

If we cancel a scheduled program or can't deliver promised content, you'll receive a full refund automatically within 10 business days. No request necessary.

Payment Disputes

If you file a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us first. Disputes can delay resolution and may affect your access to current and future programs.

Payment Methods and Processing

Refunds are returned using your original payment method whenever possible. Processing times vary depending on how you paid and your financial institution's policies.

Things to Remember

  • Refund eligibility depends on program completion, time elapsed, and specific circumstances of your request.
  • Access to course materials ends immediately once a refund is processed and approved.
  • Transaction fees charged by payment processors are typically non-refundable as we don't receive them.
  • Documentation may be required for certain refund requests, especially medical or technical issues.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for programs started more than 60 days ago regardless of completion status.
  • Special promotional pricing or discounts may affect refund amounts based on actual amount paid.
